A. :20 sprints on AD, like 90% x 6; rest like 1:30-2 or so..not max effort, just waking up the body 

B. Opens WOD 13.1
174. 24 into 100. Really think I could finish. Back started spasm during 20 burpees 
C. Back Squat 1.1.1 ; rest :20; build to max on cluster
