Bike really only has one speed, very hard to even get it to move, would say it was harder then airdyne 

3 rounds 
5 hspu 
10 burpee 
20 sit squats 
-4:15
- to far from wall in second set of hspu, very hard coming down to floor, mats slide and arnt soft 
- air squats legs were burning
