143 for the hang missed the tng 
Tried another round fail again 

B) AFAP

Hspu were tough today. Unbroken but had to use mat and always do worse on that. Lost balance, had to slow down.

STO very hard. Couldn't hold weight privately and had to rest on shoulders as well as use other hand to support. 53 just to heavy. 

Knees, hips and back hurt today.
