Clean- Climed singles to 225. Missed getting under 2x then on 3rd caught but couldn't stand up.
Frustrated with my lifting. Feel like everything is gone. Pulls gone. Want to be so much better.

Went pretty well. Knee was ok. Hurt little on power cleans. Landing in that loaded position. Wall balls fine. Took us almost 35 min, think c2b slowed us down. Did butterfly hit face today..
