Slept in today. 

PM session 1pm 

Snatch preparation for Sunday's meet 
Climbed to 143. Felt ok. Not fantastic but only one miss at 132 behind me. Hit it and went up.

Clean and squat jerk climbed to 143 just for movement 

Back still pretty tight from deadlift wod Wednesday

Felt good. Back tight,little winded but best feeling wod in a few weeks for me.
